    Residential customers can choose from a range of home designs including our luxury Odyssey Collection, the more affordable Modular Range or the compact Studio Range. If you’re intent on building your own home then our Kit Homes are outstanding value. For commercial projects our selection of office designs offer off-the-shelf solutions. Alternatively we can custom design and build to suit your project requirements.

    Best of all, Haven Design’s pricing is completely transparent and includes costs that other builders often leave out such as site works and connection fees.

  • Commercial Projects

    Haven Designs is a one-stop shop for the design, manufacture and delivery of commercial projects.

    Haven can custom design and build everything from accommodation units and offices, to medical centres, drive-through cafes and community centres. All of our products include premium quality fit-outs and are built-to-last using a steel-framed construction method.

    Haven can also help you with every step of your building process including initial site evaluation, contour & feature surveys; planning and building approvals; design and build; delivery, installation and connection; and finance.

    If we don’t have an existing designed product that meets your needs, we can tailor a solution for you. Plus we deliver to most areas in WA either completely pre-built or as kits that can be constructed on site.

  • Built here in W.A.

    Haven Designs' prefabricated modular homes are designed, manufactured and pre-built here in WA.

    The pre-built modules are designed, manufactured and quality checked in our Landsdale production facility. From here the modules can be transported almost anywhere in Western Australia within 14 days of completion. Once on site, the modules are assembled and connected to the appropriate utilities within a few working days.

    Most Haven Designs can be built, delivered and completed within 12 weeks of receiving the necessary Local Council approvals.

    Whatever your component requirements, Haven can provide you with the solution that suits you best.

    Wall Frames: Haven offer a wide range of steel wall frame to solutions to meet you requirements, from standard wall framing through to Cyclonic requirements. Using our in house roll forming machine we can design, draw and manufacture framing to your requirements and deliver to site as quick as you need them.

    Roof trusses: Haven also offer a range of roof trusses. Whatever your requirements, steel sheeted roof or roof tiles, ask us and we will provide you with what you need. We can provide you with engineering sign off, roof battens, ceiling battens, fixings and a complete range of build products as you require.

    Structural steel: Supply of posts, beams, purlins and most other structural steel requirements can be fabricated and supplied to you and delivered to site.

    Floor systems: Fully engineered stumped subfloor systems and chassis can be designed and supplied to meet your requirements.
